ReeMaster is based on a new concept of die set that achieves the rare closing force that allows the processing of all packing materials of PP, PE, PET-C, A-PET, EPP, EPET etc., reaches a new level of productivity. Equipped with TPS system for positioning the tray (Reepack patent) and an automatic discharge of the double belts with differentiated speeds that allows the output of a line at the moment (from 2 to 1 transport conveyor) that provides a continuous flow of products. ReeMaster is able to exploit all peripheral devices used in the market of food packaging, such as denesters dosage units, printers, etc. ReeMaster takes the same movement advantages of the film that we have optimized in the years of use with the ReeClose models (we handle 90 ° motion film that looks at the flow direction of the tray that allows an index reduction and a longer reel life) ; In addition to these advantages an independent film carriage and combined with an automatic film assembly accounts for an easy and quick film exchange operation avoiding access inside the machine.
