The new ReeMarket is the perfect flexible solution for Supermarkets of large surfaces to pack different portions of fresh food in different tray formats, such as vegetables, meat and poultry, fresh fish, gastronomy and fruits. A fully automatic tray sealer designed with 3 independent chambers, capable of changing from one format to another without making any mechanical changes and with the same single width film reel.
In less than 1 minute, the Operator can:
– through a user-friendly PLC, ACTIVATE / DEACTIVATE each independent camera.
– CREATE 5 different recipes for each format.
There is NO CHANGE OF MOLD and AN AUTOMATIC POSITIONING OF THE FILM in SECURITY CONDITIONS: The machine detects and informs the Operator about possible incorrect working conditions and adjustments.
