Semi-automatic tray sealers
The main technology of Reepack is aimed at the preservation and protection of any type of food, fresh or cooked, in preformed trays. A wide range of manual, semi-automatic and automatic heat sealing machines offer a productivity of 4 to 24 packages per minute. All machines in our range are equipped for sealed packaging, or in modified atmosphere. The containers are closed by sealing on the upper part of the tray by means of pressure and temperature. Different types of materials are used for numerous applications such as PP, PE, PS, PET-C, A-PET, PPE, EPET, cardboard, aluminum, etc … All machines are manufactured in stainless steel and anodized aluminum for The sealing mold and the vacuum chambers allow a quick change of the molds for one or more trays per cycle. It has an automatic advance of the sealing film and also rewind of the excess film, finally, an easy to use electronic control panel manages the temperature of the mold, sealing time and the functions of vacuum and inert gas. The trays can be sealed with a pneumatic system or with our new technology (eco-line) on the basis of a system by electric motor, either of the two systems offer the same reliability. The electro-mechanical system adapts to the majority of all demands, where mobility and safe energy is the highest priority.
