Automatic tray sealers
The main technology of Reepack is aimed at the preservation and protection of any type of food, fresh or cooked, in preformed trays. A wide range of manual, semi-automatic and automatic heat sealing machines offer a productivity of 3 to 240 packages per minute. All machines in our range are equipped for sealed packaging, or in modified atmosphere. The containers are closed by sealing on the upper part of the tray by means of pressure and temperature. Different types of materials are used for numerous applications such as PP, PE, PS, PET-C, A-PET, PPE, EPET, cardboard, aluminum, etc. … These materials, as they can not always meet the requirements in such varied applications, are combined with sheets of different thicknesses. A careful selection of different mono-layers between films achieves the required properties
